OUR MISSION
We are not women’s rights activists. We don’t fight systemic problems or gender disparities in the workplace. We champion those who do! We walk hand-in-hand with their mission. And our services complement their efforts. We are all about self-empowerment for successful women. We equip women with the tools they need to achieve their maximum potential in the workplace. Although we realize that there are gender biases, barriers and disparities that impact women’s overall success, we focus on giving women the tools, techniques and practical applications they need to PLAY THE GAME and WIN!
WHO WE SERVE BEST
We are called to serve Women who work In Male-Dominated Environments. We affectionately refer to them as WIMDE’s, pronounced “Wim-Dees”. We help WIMDE’s survive, thrive and flourish in their career success. However, we are NOT male bashers. As a matter-of-fact, we embrace support from our male counterparts and believe they are essential to women’s success.
Most of our programs can be tweaked to serve male and female audiences. Often times, men who attend one of our programs designed for women gain tremendous insight on how to better work with women, so we welcome male attendance. The more we learn about the difference in how men and women lead, communicate, process information, etc. the more likely we can build stronger teams and create stronger leaders in the workplace.

If you believe that subjective attributes like communication style, leadership style, image, appearance, body language, tone of voice, etc don’t impact a woman’s ability to transcend the glass ceiling, then you probably won’t resonate with what we do. If you believe that women in the new millennium should be beyond judgments of how we dress, how we sound or whether or not we speak in flowery language, etc. you’re correct. We think so too! However, we deal with the reality that although these things SHOULDN’T MATTER, fact is, these things DO MATTER! If this reality doesn’t resonate with you, then chances are you may not be excited about our services. We achieve the best results with individuals and organizations who share and embrace our mission.
